Ingredients:
1 oz Unruly Gin
1 oz amaro chiaro (The Woods Spirit Co.)
1 oz bianco vermouth (Esquimalt Vermouth & Apéritifs)
Method:
Build in a mixing glass and stir to chill. Strain onto rocks. Finish with a lemon twist.
