Literally just a handful of raspberries




The name says it all! This amazing cocktail changes over time as the raspberries melt their juice into the vodka!


  • 2 oz (60 mL) Unruly Vodka
  • A small handful (approx. ½ cup) fresh-frozen raspberries


  1. Chill a rocks glass
  2. Add the frozen raspberries
  3. Drown the raspberries in Unruly Vodka
  4. Sip and savour!

James Bond’s signature drink! Takes a little more effort but the results are well worth it!


  • 1.5 oz (45 mL) Unruly Vodka
  • 1.5 oz (45 mL) Unruly Gin
  • 0.5 oz (15 mL) Lillet Blanc
  • Lemon peel


  1. Chill a martini glass and burn with the Lillet Blanc
  2. Into a cocktail shaker add the Unruly Vodka and Unruly Gin
  3. Add ice to the shaker and, like the man himself says, this cocktail is "shaken, not stirred"
  4. Double strain the contents of the shaker into the martini glass


  • Express the oils of the lemon peel over the cocktail and add to the glass

Note: Best enjoyed whilst playing high-stakes Baccarat in your best attire!

  • 1.5 oz (45 mL) Unruly Gin
  • Bittered Sling Cascade Celery Bitters
  • Fever Tree Indian Tonic Water
  • Grapefruit peel
  • Sprig of Rosemary
  • Ice


  1. Fill a Collins glass with ice
  2. Add the Unruly Gin
  3. Add a dash of the Bitter Sling Bitters
  4. Express the oils of the grapefruit onto the ice
  5. Top with tonic water


  • Add the grapefruit peel
  • Spank the Rosemary sprig and add whole to the cocktail

Originally a tool to sell Campari, the humble Negroni is seeing a rebirth with new and exciting ingredients!


  • 2 oz (60 mL) Unruly Gin
  • 1 oz (30 mL) Woods Amaro
  • 1 oz (30 mL) Antica Formula Carpano Vermouth


  1. Chill a rocks glass
  2. Add all of the ingredients to a shaker tin and shake until well chilled
  3. Double strain into the chilled rocks glass
  4. Add a single large ice cube
  5. Note: A purist will tell you that this cocktail is traditionally made with equal parts of all ingredients and stirred (not shaken). However, we prefer it this way so to hell with tradition!


  • Express the oils of a large orange peel onto the cocktail and drop the peel in the glass

  • 1.5 oz (45 mL) Depth Charge
  • Your favourite local, artisan, handcrafted, fair-trade, organic drinking chocolate - or Carnations Hot Chocolate, we’re not picky!
  • Cream or milk (optional)
  • Orange peel
  • Whipped Cream


  1. Fill a mug ¾-full with hot chocolate
  2. Add the Depth Charge
  3. Add cream or milk to taste


  • A thick ribbon of orange peel and as much whipped cream as you want!

  • 5 oz (150 mL) Cold Brew Coffee
  • 2 oz (60 mL) Depth Charge
  • Ice


  1. Half-Fill a Collins glass with ice
  2. Add the Depth Charge
  3. Top with Cold Brew Coffee
  4. Stir and enjoy!

krupnik toddy

A Wayward take on an old classic. Grab your favourite pretentious copper mug and get ready to be wowed!


  • 1.5 oz (45 L) Krupnik
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh-squeezed lime juice
  • Cock'N Bull Ginger Beer
  • A sprig of fresh mint
  • Crushed ice


  • Fill a copper mug with crushed ice
  • Add the lime juice
  • Add the Krupnik
  • Top with the ginger beer


  • Spank the sprig of fresh mint and stuff down the inside of the mug allowing a nice bouquet of leaves to show above the ice.
Did you know? The original Moscow Mule was created in 1941 as a desperate attempt to sell vodka to Americans, get rid of 2,000 imported copper mugs, and showcase a new ginger beer recipe? It’s literally a sales pitch in a cup!

We're not doctors, but we're pretty certain that his cocktail is exactly what would be written on your prescription. Warm, flavourful, and a joy to sip, this cocktail will soon become a familiar friend on your cold, rainy West-Coast Sundays.


  • 2 oz (60 mL) Krupnik
  • Slice of lemon (approx. ⅛" or 3 mm thick)
  • Hot water
  • Optional: 1 Tbsp (15 mL) Honey


  1. In your favourite mug, lightly muddle the slice of lemon (just enough to get some juices flowing)
  2. Top up 3/4 full with hot water
  3. Add the Krupnik
  4. Optional: Add Honey to taste


  • For added decadence, garnish with a stick of cinnamon!
The "toddy", meaning a beverage made of alcoholic liquor with hot water, sugar and spices" comes from 1786 and was often used as a cure-all for cold and flu-like symptoms. See!? It's practically medicine! (Disclaimer: It's definitely not medicine.)
