BEER ROYALE
Created in our distillery lounge
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Raspberry Gin Liqueur
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz honey
2.5 oz Tofino Brewing Spruce Tip Ale (or any other spruce ale or a piney IPA)
3 drops of grapefruit bitters
Method:
Stir all ingredients (gently!) with ice for 30 seconds. Pour the beer slowly so it doesn’t get too foamy. Strain into a champagne glass or coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist and spruce tip
