BLUEBERRY LEMON DROP
Created in our Distillery Lounge
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Unruly Vodka
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Honey Syrup (1:1 ratio honey and hot water mixed)
1.5 oz Blueberry Lemon Shrub
1/2 dash Suis Cherry Bitters
1/2 dash Peach Clingstone Bitters
Garnish - Lemon peel
Method:
Shake with ice and strain into glass over ice. Top with 3 oz Soda water. Express lemon peel over glass and garnish.

Instead of cold brewing on water, we cold brew espresso beans and cacao beans on our super smooth vodka, capturing all the complex coffee aromas and real dark chocolate flavours.
