COORDINATED CAFFEINATION

Ingredients:
1 oz Bourbon
0.5 oz Pemberton Distillery’s Whisky and Wild Honey Liqueur
1 oz coffee-infused amaro*
Method:
Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Express an orange peel over the top and drop it in to garnish.
To create the coffee-infused amaro, combine 1 oz Pacific Northwest Amaro from The Woods Spirit Co. with 5g Honduras Roast from Seventh Coffee Company to an Aeropress and stir for about a minute before straining.
