CREATURE OF THE NIGHT DIRTY MARTINI
Elegant, savoury, and just a touch unsettling. Wayward’s Bee Champion (BC) Gin keeps it classy, Garstin’s Plunder Raw Garlic Vodka brings the bite, and Esquimalt Dry Vermouth brings it together. This martini is fit for creatures who prefer the night shift. Because every monster deserves a martini.
Ingredients:
Equal parts chilled Bee Champion Craft Gin, Garstin’s Plunder Raw Garlic Vodka, and Esquimalt Dry White Vermouth
1 bar spoon of pickling liquid from Shamrock Farms pickled pearl onions
Garnish with the pearl onions and add black garlic if you dare.
Method:
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the gin, vodka, dry white vermouth, and the pickling liquid. Stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with pearl onions and black garlic.
