Created in our distillery lounge
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Unruly Gin
0.5 oz Sherry Fino
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.75 oz honey syrup
2 drops of orange bitters
Method:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
