RAMOS RASPBERRY FLOAT

Try with Blue Spruce or Loves ice cream

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Raspberry Gin Liquer

  • 0.5 oz lemon juice

  • 0.5 oz honey syrup

  • 1 egg white

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (or non-dairy alternative)

Method:

Shake RGL, lemon juice, honey syrup, and eggwhite vigorously with ice for 20 seconds. Strain the liquid into one half of the shaker tin and dump the ice. Dry shake vigorously for another 10 seconds. Pour over ice cream into a sundae glass and garnish with fresh raspberries.
