UNRULY SPRITZ
Created in our distillery lounge
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Unruly Gin
1 oz Your favourite bittersweet amaro (Campari or Aperol both work well)
1 oz Grapefruit juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 drops orange blossom water
Soda water
Method:
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain over fresh ice in a stemless wine glass, and top with soda water. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
