Guess the Weight of the Pumpkins Contest – Official Rules

1. Eligibility:
   Open to British Columbia residents aged 19 or older. Employees of Wayward Distillery, their immediate family members, and anyone involved in administering this contest are not eligible to win.

2. How to Enter:
   Visit Wayward Distillery in Courtenay, BC and submit your best guess for the combined weight of our pumpkins. No purchase necessary. One entry per person.

3. Contest Period:
   Entries will be accepted from October 27 to November 1, 2025. The winner will be announced on November 2, 2025.

4. Prize:
   One $50 Wayward Distillery gift card, redeemable for merchandise, experiences, or tastings at the Distillery.
   The Gift card is not valid for the purchase of packaged liquor for off-site consumption.

5. Winner Selection:
   The participant whose guess is closest to the actual total weight will be selected as the winner. In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by a random draw. To claim the prize, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question.

6. Notification:
   The winner will be contacted by direct message on Instagram or Facebook. If no response is received within seven days, another winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions:
   No purchase or tasting required to enter or win. By participating, entrants consent to the use of their name and photo for promotional purposes by Wayward Distillery. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. Wayward Distillery reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise the integrity of the contest.

8. Facebook Release and Disclaimer:
   Each entrant completely releases Facebook from any liability arising out of or related to this contest.
   This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta Platforms Inc.
