Ingredients:
1 oz Drunken Hive Rum
0.5 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
0.5 oz honey syrup
2 oz sparkling wine
Method:
Shake rum, lime juice, and honey syrup with ice. Double strain into a flute glass. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lime twist.

Depth Charge Vodka Infusion is the embodiment of everything we love about coffee: it's deep, dark, nutty and delicious! Instead of cold brewing on water, we cold brew espresso beans and cacao beans on our super smooth vodka, capturing all the complex coffee aromas and real dark chocolate flavours. It's then finished with just a drop of our own honey to tie it all together.
