CAMPBELL RIVER ICED TEA
Available at Velocity Lounge Campbell River
Ingredients:
2 oz Unruly Vodka
1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 oz honey syrup
1.5 oz Stonehouse Teas Campbell River Signature Blend (Iced) or your favourite local tea blend
Method:
Shake vodka, lemon juice, and honey syrup with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass. Float iced tea on top by pouring slowly. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of fresh mint.
