FLANNEL JACKET

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Wayward Distillery Krupnik
1.5 oz Cinnamon-based spirit (We recommend Taynton Bay Spirits’ ‘Sinferno’)
3 oz Apple juice
Lemon juice to taste
Method:
Make a simple syrup with fresh ginger, brown sugar, and vanilla honey (We recommend the honey from Honeybee Centre).
Add a touch of Smoke and Oak from Ms. Better’s Bitters with classic bitters, shaken and strained, and finish with house fall spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and allspice.
