COLD BREW NEGRONI
Ingredients:
1.5 oz BC Craft Gin
1.5 oz of a cold brew coffee of your choice
Method:
Pour the BC Gin, vermouth and bitters over fresh coffee grounds into a mixing glass and then continue making a cold brew from those coffee grounds.
Pour the cold brew into the mixing glass with the rest of the ingredients and add ice.
Stir well until the outside of the glass feels cold—strain into a glass with an ice sphere or some fresh ice and enjoy!
