LOOKING BERRY CUKE FOR THE BEES COCKTAIL

Ingredients
1” cucumber, diced
1 tbsp Saskatoon berries
2 tsp sugar
2oz BC Gin
1oz lemon juice
Method
Muddle the cucumber, berries and lemon juice together. Top with soda and garnish with bee pollen.
