PLUVIO COCKTAIL
Created by our friends at The Lakehouse at Shawnigan
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Bee Champion Gin
1/2oz Sombra Mezcal
1 ½ oz cucumber cordial
2 dashes of Scrappy’s black lemon bitters
2-4 drops of 20% saline
Soda to top
Method:
Build in Collins glass and top up with ice. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and edible flower.
