NEGRONI SOUR
Ingredients:
1.5 oz BC Craft Gin
1.5 oz Esquimalt Bitter Red (Campari substitute)
1.5 oz Miss Better's Bitters Miraculous Foamer (Vegan egg white substitute)
1 oz Lemon juice
Method:
Add the vegan ‘egg white’ and lemon juice to a shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds.
Add the remaining ingredients to ice.
Shake vigorously until the outside of the glass feels cold—strain into a glass with an ice sphere or some fresh ice.
Garnish with an orange peel or slice and enjoy!
