1.5 oz Esquimalt Bitter Red (Campari substitute)
Method:
Pour the ingredients together into a mixing glass with ice.
Stir well until the outside of the glass feels cold—strain into a glass with an ice sphere or some fresh ice.
Put some bubbly on top and enjoy!
Bubbles of choice: champagne, prosecco, sparkling, whatever you can get your hands on
