Garstin's Plunder Raw Garlic Vodka Alfredo Recipe

Why wouldn’t you use Garstin's Plunder Raw Garlic Vodka in an Alfredo recipe? Imagine creamy, garlicky spaghetti squash with a bold Wayward Raw Garlic Vodka kick.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium spaghetti squash

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup Garstin’s Plunder Garlic Vodka

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and cracked pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice spaghetti squash in half, scoop out seeds, brush with olive oil, and roast cut-side down for 35–40 minutes until tender.

While it roasts, heat a skillet over medium. Add olive oil and minced garlic; cook until fragrant.

Carefully deglaze the pan with Garstin’s Plunder, letting it reduce by half.

Stir in cream and simmer gently until thickened. Add Parmesan and whisk until smooth.

Scrape the roasted squash into strands with a fork and toss in the warm vodka sauce.

Season with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
