TROPIC LIKE IT'S HOT

It starts all sunshine and mango, then Wayward Caesar’s Ghost, Ghost Pepper Vodka kicks down the door and says, “Surprise! The party’s getting spicy.”

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Wayward Caesar’s Ghost, Ghost Pepper Vodka

• ½ oz Fresh lime

• 2 oz Mango juice or purée

• Sparkling wine or bubbles, to top

• Tajin spice for the glass rim

Method:

Chill a flute or a coupe glass. Rim it by running a lime wedge around the edge and dipping it into Tajín. In a shaker with ice: add Caesar’s Ghost, lime juice, and mango juice. Lightly shake and strain into the prepared glass. Top with sparkling wine or bubbles.
