Introducing Char #3 Rosé Edition! 

Our premium honey-based Unruly Gin spends over a year resting in a bourbon barrel, developing warmth, structure, and depth. It is then finished in a local Beaufort Estate Winery red wine barrel, just long enough to lend a delicate dusty pink colour and a gentle layer of fruit character without overpowering the Unruly Gin.

The result is elegant and inviting. Aromas of fresh pine, black currant, and oak rise first. On the palate, sweet and creamy textures unfold into notes of ripe apricot and bright citrus, followed by a steady undercurrent of dark fruit, think plum and black currant, that carries through the finish.

Bottled at 41.29% and produced in a limited run of approximately 270 bottles, Char #3 Rosé is a thoughtful and expressive release. Enjoy it neat, with a splash of water, or shared slowly with someone you care about.
