This one’s for the bourbon lovers who came of age at backyard parties, trading secrets under patio lights and summer stars. Suburban Whisky is proudly crafted on Vancouver Island from a custom mash bill and aged for over six years in new American oak barrels, long enough to earn respect, smooth enough to earn a permanent spot on your shelf.

It opens with notes of cream soda and citrus peel, familiar, nostalgic, and unmistakably warm. On the palate, it delivers bright piney freshness, ripe melon, and a hint of cracked pepper, like laughter echoing from the grill. A soft finish of sweet vanilla and cigar box lingers like the last good conversation before the porch lights turn off.

We can’t legally call it bourbon. But make no mistake, this is Canada’s answer to it.
